Eshaan Sood performs with a jazz ensemble in a cozy library lined with books. He plays a sunburst electric guitar while surrounded by a saxophonist, upright bassist, drummer, and pianist. The warmly lit room and vintage decor create a welcoming, intimate vibe.

The Sonic Alchemists are an improvised music group  led by guitarist and composer Eshaan Sood. The groups sound strikes an immaculate  balance between energetic grooves, spirited improvisation and soulful introspection.

Rooted in Jazz and folk traditions, the band bends the boundaries of genre to tell the story of the music  in the moment. A storytelling experience at its core, every concert is a unique journey and the band tries to make the world a happier place one concert at a time.

After 4 years of captivating performances  in India and the United States, The band is poised to release their debut full length album in the Fall of 2025.

The band features  Annie Orzen on Piano, Ivan Demarjian on Saxophone, Sam Shaeffer on Drums and Brendan Nei on Bass.

Eshaan & Priyana, a duo from New Delhi, are simple people singing about the not so simple things in life. They met during their time at the Global Music Institute where their mutual love for Chai, John Mayer and bad rum led them to working together.

They perform both as a duo and expand to a quintet to bring their musical vision to life. Their debut EP ‘Keepsakes’ is being independently  released in April 2025.
